    Second Century Scholarship
The Second Century Fund was established to receive tax credits from companies through the Pennsylvania Department of Economic and Community Development and create a scholarship fund for private school students. This tuition assistance program is managed by the Altoona-Johnstown Diocese for all students attending Catholic preschools, elementary/middle schools, and high schools in the Diocese.
    • For information about receiving financial support from this fund, please view the tuition assistance webpage or contact Rosemary Weber in the school office.
    • For information on how your business might receive Educational Improvement Tax Credits and direct them to Our Lady of Victory Catholic School for tuition assistance, please, contact Chris Kirkpatrick, Director of Development.
