    Christmas Giving 2021

     

    This Advent season we are partnering with the students of Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy to bring Christmas joy to children in need.  All OLVCS familes are invited join in one or both of these all-school charity drives:
     
    Toys for Tots Toy Drive
    Each OLVCS family is asked to donate ONE toy for Toys for Tots.  Donations need to be to the school office by 12 noon on Friday, December 10th.  Saint Joseph's students (who are also OLVCS grads), Dmitri Cornali and Liam Zally, will make sure your donations are wrapped and distributed to needy children.
     
    Suggested items include:
    • Sporting Equipment
    • Books
    • Backpacks
    • Board Games
    • Coloring Books
    • Crayons
    • Puzzles
    • Dolls
    • Skateboards
    • Helmets
    • Legos
    • Bikes
    • Make-Up


    Below is a list of items that are not recommended and will not be accepted upon arrival to the Toys for Tots sorting room:

    • Electronics
    • Realistic Looking Weapons
    • Knives/Knife Look-Alikes
    • Small Individual Toys Such As Hot-Wheels

    $1 Dress Down Day
    Students who donate $1 to our all-school collection for St. Jude's Children's Hospital can have a dress down on Friday, December 10th.  Donations should be given to your student's teacher.  Saint Joseph's is joining us in this event.
