    COVID Response for SY2021-2022

    (Updated 12/12/2021)

Update 15 March, 2022. Due to a Mask Mandate no longer being in effect in Pennsylvania to include schools, masking is now optional at OLVCS in all situations to include on school busses. Please disregard the masking section of the safety plan.

Covid positive cases will be posted in the Covid updates section on this site. Please check it regularly for any reported positive cases within the school.

The Our Lady of Victory Catholic School Health and Safety Plan has been approved by the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown. This plan details OLVCS's COVID mitigation policies and procedures for SY 2021-2022 for all faculty, staff, volunteers, and students in our school and school activities, preschool through grade 8.

    Health and Safety Plan
The OLVCS Health and Safety Plan was created in light of local, state, and federal health agency guidelines, as well as the guidelines of the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown Education Office. To view this Plan, click here or the link in the navigation bar.

Our continuing goal at OLVCS is to provide in-person instruction in a safe environment. OLVCS is grateful for our school families' patience and understanding as we work through the changes and challenges of the lingering COVID pandemic for our school. Questions about OLVCS's COVID Response may directed to Mr. Terry Stec at stect@olvcs.org.
