Gift Card Order Form
Parents and supporters of the OLVCS preschool program can purchase gift cards for a variety of local businesses through the Preschool Program office. In turn, the preschool program receives a percentage of the gift card purchase price.
Gift cards for the following area businesses are available through this program:
- Barnes and Noble
- Giant
- Waffle Shop
- Weis
- Sheetz

Checks should be made payable to "OLV Preschool" with "gift cards" in the memo line. Your gift cards can be sent home with your preschooler or picked up at the preschool program office.
