    OLV Day Walk-A-Thon

At Our Lady of Victory Catholic School, OLV Day includes the Exercise for Education Walk-A-Thon. The Walk-A-Thon is our school's only mandatory fundraiser. The funds raised go directly support OLVCS educational materials and activities, such as classroom enhancements, technology upgrades, student activities, exercise equipment, and merit scholarships.

The fundraising goal for the 2018 Walk-A-Thon is $75,000.  Each OLVCS family is asked to raise $200. Donations may be made using our secure online system, check or cash.  To make a donation, follow the link on the navigation bar. All donations are tax-deductible.

Since 2006 faculty, students, and staff have participated in this event created in memory of Mrs. Susan Crowe, who was a fervent supporter of Catholic education and OLVCS’s first track coach. She died suddenly in a car accident.

During the Walk-A-Thon, students in grades K through 5 walk a course through neighboring streets around the school. At the same time, Middle School students run/walk a 2 mile course, to and from the Knights of Columbus Meeting Facility.

Thanks to the generosity of business sponsors, a variety of prizes are awarded each year for class and individual participation. These prizes include class parties and passes to area attractions.
