2nd/3rd/4th Sport Registration
All OLVCS 7th and 8th grade students in good academic standing are eligible to participate on OLVCS's PIAA athletic teams. Complete the TWO steps outlined below to register your student for his/her SECOND or THIRD or FOURTH OLVCS PIAA Sports team for the current school year. Questions? Contact the Athletic Director.
Step 1: Pay Participation Fee via FACTS
The participation fee is $200 per team. Click on the following link to pay this fee online via FACTS at https://payit.nelnet.net/form/UwRzIRWC
**** This fee covers the cost of coaching, equipment and transportation. Transportation is the bulk of the athletic budget. On average we spend $7,000 per team for transportation.
***If payment of this fee poses a financial hardship, please, contact the OLVCS principal for a fee waiver.
Step 2: Complete Online Registration via Student Central
In most cases, you (the parent) will only have to complete the online "recertification form" and/or update your contact information if this has changed since you created the Student Central Account. This process should only take about 5 min. Click here to navigate to Student Central and begin the registration process of your OLVCS student.
If, however, since your student's last sports physical, he/she has had an physical injury or medical event that impacted his/her eligibility to play on the OLVCS athletic team, your student must have a clinician complete the PIAA Recertification Form. Click here to navigate to the PIAA forms website. Download the "CIPPE form" and complete section 8. This form will need to be submitted to your student's Student Central account.
NOTE: For registration to be completed, online forms may need to be completed on both the PARENT and STUDENT accounts.
