1st Sport Registration

All OLVCS 7th and 8th grade students in good academic standing are eligible to participate on OLVCS's PIAA athletic teams. Complete the steps outlined below to register your student for his/her FIRST OLVCS PIAA Sports team for the current school year Questions? Contact the Athletic Director.

Step 1: Get Sports Physical
All student-athletes wishing to participate on an OLVCS PIAA team must have a sports physical and the PIAA CIPPE form completed by their provider.  Click here to download this form. 

Important notes:

  • Many providers ask that you bring BOTH Section 5 and 6 to the physical examination appointment. You will only need to submit Section 6 to the online system (see Step 3, below)
  • Form must be signed and dated by provider after May 1st of the school year in which the student will be participating on the sports team. (eg. If your student is playing soccer in the Fall of 2024, his/her form must be dated May 1, 2024 or thereafter)

Step 2: Pay Participation Fee via FACTS
The participation fee is $250 per team.  Click on the following link to pay this fee online via FACTS at https://payit.nelnet.net/form/m1FdFPLc

**** This fee covers the cost of coaching, equipment and transportation. Transportation is the bulk of the athletic budget. On average we spend $7,000 per team for transportation.

***If payment of this fee poses a financial hardship, please, contact the OLVCS principal for a fee waiver.

Step 3: Complete Online Registration via Arbiter Sports
OLVCS has partnered with Arbiter Sports for our online sports registration, starting with Fall '26 sports.
