    Important Notes:

    • New faculty and staff may have additional paperwork requirements. Contact the OLVCS Principal or OLV Preschool Director or the parish office for more information.

    • You will receive confirmation of compliance from the OLV Youth Protection Coordinator.

    • Clearances are valid for 5 years, from date of issue.

    • If you have obtained the PA clearances listed above within the past 12 months, please, contact the OLV Youth Protection Coordinator before beginning the process of obtaining new clearances. In some cases, copies of your previous clearances may be submitted. In other cases, they may not be valid for compliance with Diocesan and PA state mandates. The OLV Youth Protection Coordinator can make this determination, and in doing so hopefully save you time and money.
