    Our Lady of Victory Catholic School conducts fundraising activities to offset the cost of need-based scholarships, educational supplies, OLVCS student activities and field trips. Below is a short description of the major fundraising activities for the school:

    All School Fundraiser
    The OLV Day Walkathon is our school's only mandatory fundraiser.  This event takes place in October, on the Feast of Our Lady of Victory (also known as Our Lady of the Rosary). Each OLVCS family is asked to raise at least $200. Businesses are also solicited for donations.  Parents and guardians interested in helping organize the OLV Day Walk-A-Thon should contact the school office.

    Bricks for Scholarships
    Help Our Lady of Victory Catholic School build it's scholarship fund, one brick at a time by purchasing a personalized brick or paver.  A personalized brick or paver is a great way to honor a child, teacher or friend, celebrate a graduation or another special event, or memorialize a loved one. Bricks/pavers will be installed in the walkway in front of the statue of Our Lady, that stands between the preschool and main school buildings. The proceeds your purchase of a personalized brick will be used to provide need-based scholarships for deserving students.  

    Athletic Program Fundraiser
    The OLVCS Athletic Program is self-supporting.  Funding for the Athletic Program is primarily raised through the collection of participation fees and various fundraising events. Parents/guardians interested in helping raise funds for the athletic program should contact the Athletic Director.

    Other Ways to Help OLVCS
    Below are other fundraising opportunities for OLVCS:

    Attend the OLV Bazaar
    The OLV Bazaar is an annual event organized by the parish of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church that includes food, children’s games, raffles, silent auction, and a Christmas boutique. The OLV Bazaar usually takes place in November in the school gymnasium. The public is welcome to attend. Proceeds from this event go to OLVCS and OLV Church. Parents/guardians interested in helping with this event should contact the OLV parish office.

    Purchase Items from Scholastic 
    OLVCS participates in the Scholastic Reading Club and hosts a Scholastic Book Fair in conjunction with Catholic Schools Week (last week of January).  A new flyer is given to students each month. Purchases may be made through your student’s teacher or online.  The items are delivered to the school and brought home by the student.  A portion of the Scholastic purchase is donated to OLVCS.
