    This fundraising effort seeks to honoring the past, present and future Our Lady of Victory Catholic School student-athletes while raising important funds for the general budget of the OLVCS Athletic Program.

    How does it work?
    For each individual donation of $500, a personalized name plate will be affixed to one of the 52 lockers that are in the OLVCS Locker Room.  See image above for example.

    • You may choose whether the name plate is on a locker in the boys' or girls' locker room.  There are 26 lockers in each locker room.

    • The name plate may have up to 3 lines of personalized text. You can name a locker(s) for yourself, business, your family, or in memory of someone dear to you.  Text on each line should be no longer than 25 characters (including spaces).  See image above for example.

    • Locker name plates and placement are available on a first-come, first-served basis. So, don't delay in making your donation!


    I'm not sure what to put on the name plate.  Any suggestions?
    Here's what many people do:
    Top Line: Your name (or business name)
    Middle Line: Your choice.  Examples include "Class of 2024," "Lifetime Fan," "#6 Forward," etc. 
    Bottom Line: Short Message.  Examples include: "Go Crusaders!"  "OLV is the place to be!"

    Will I get an email confirmation of my donation and order?
    Yes.  An email will be sent to you from "noreply@factsmgt.com" summarizing your donation and order within a few minutes of you making payment.  This is your receipt for your donation.     Your order will most likely be listed on your credit card bill/bank statement as "FACTS SCHOOL ACTIVITY FEE," however, it may differ from this, as this label is determined by your bank or credit/debit card company. If you need additional documentation, contact Mrs. Marlena Vendemia at development@olvcs.org. 

    When will the name plates be installed?  Can I see mine?
    We hope to begin installing the name plates in the summer 2024.  Once it is installed, you are welcome to come to the school to see your name plate.  Please contact Mrs. Marlena Vendemia at development@olvcs.org to arrange a time.
