    Applying for Tuition Assistance
     
    Need-based tuition assistance is available for students enrolled in Our Lady of Victory Catholic School in preschool through Grade 8. For families of preschool students, tuition assistance is for preschool/Pre-K class tuition only. It is not available for the Extended Day Program.

    All families seeking tuition assistance for their OLVCS student(s) (preschool through Grade 8) must complete the online Simple Tuition Solutions (STS) financial aid application. The Education Office of the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown has partnered with Simple Tuition Solutions (STS) to assess the financial need of families seeking need-based tuition assistance at all Diocesan schools, including OLVCS.  To be eligible for a first round decision, a family's STS application must be completed by May 10, 2024. 
     
    Below are the income guidelines for eligibility for tuition assistance and directions for completing the STS application:

  • Families that meet these income guidelines posted above are very likely to receive some amount of tuition assistance for their OLVCS student(s) if their applications are complete by the time of first-round decisions. If your family includes a child with a support level 1 or level 2 disability, please, contact the OLVCS Bookkeeper for more detailed information about income guidelines.
