    Kindergarten Enrollment


    Below are the steps for enrolling your child/children in Kindergarten at OLVCS.  If you would like to enroll your child in Grade 1-8, click hereIf you have any questions or problems navigating the registration process, please contact the Registrar.  


Application Fee Schedule

    • Once the online application has been submitted and the fee is paid (if applicable), the Registrar will contact you about submitting additional information. In most cases you will be able to submit this information online via the SchoolAdmin system.

    • Parents/guardians will be notified via an email from the SchoolAdmin system of their student's acceptance. This usually takes place within a few weeks of receiving all the required application materials.

    • In the early Spring (late March), parents/guardians will be asked to log in the SchoolAdmin system and sign their student's tuition contract and submit additional enrollment paperwork (eg. emergency contact information). Parents/guardians will receive an email message about this requirement. 

    • Families that wish to apply for income-based tuition assistance must complete the FACTS online application. For more information, see the Tuition Assistance webpage.

    • Accepted students will be invited to the "Kindergarten Day of Fun." This event usually takes place in late Spring (May) and is designed to help your student see how fun Kindergarten will be at OLVCS. Parents/guardians will receive an invitation for this event as email about this event.

    • Accepted students will also be invited to come to the school for a personal "Getting to Know You" session with our Kindergarten teachers. This short, one-on-one session usually takes place in May and helps our teachers learn about your child's personality, likes, gifts and current skill level. Parents/guardians will receive an invitation for this event as an email about this event.  This event also generally occurs in the late Spring (May).
