New Student Application
Kindergarten - 8th GradeBelow are the steps for applying for admission at Our Lady of Victory Catholic School. If you have any questions or problems navigating the admissions process, please contact the Registrar.
Step 1: Review the OLVCS student registration requirements.
Step 2: Log in to Finalsite Enrollment
Step 3: Pay the $100 application fee.
This may be paid online through the Fianlsite Enrollment system with a debit or credit card, or you can submit a check to the school office. Checks should be made payable to "OLVCS" with "Admissions Fee/ <Your Child's Name>" on the memo line.
Step 4: Watch your email for messages from the Registrar- Once the online application has been submitted and the fee is paid, the Registrar will contact you about submitting additional information. In most cases you will be able to submit this information online via the Finalsite Enrollment.
- You will be notified via an email from the Finalsite Enrollment of their student's acceptance. This usually takes place within a few weeks of receiving all the required application materials.
- In the early Spring, parents/guardians will be asked to log in the Finalsite Enrollment and sign their student's tuition contract and submit additional enrollment paperwork (eg. emergency contact information). You will receive an email message about this requirement.
- Families that wish to apply for income-based tuition assistance must complete an online application. This application is usually available in early Spring. Parents/guardians of accepted students will be notified of the opening of this application by email. For more information, see the Tuition Assistance webpage.
Kindergarten Students: Accepted students will be invited to the "Kindergarten Day of Fun" and a personal "Getting to Know You" session with our Kindergarten teachers. These events usually take place in late Spring (May) and are designed to help your student see how fun Kindergarten will be at OLVCS. Parents/guardians will receive an email invitation for these events.
Grade 1-8 Students: In mid-August, OLVCS hosts a meet and greet for new students. At this time, new students and their parents will be able to check out their classrooms and meet their teachers. Important information about many aspects of being a student at OLVCS will also be reviewed. Parents/guardians will receive an email invitation for this event.
