Spooky Science: Bone Bridges
As part of Spooky Science on October 31, 2016, the third grade students were challenged to make a "bone bridge." Cotton swabs were the bones. The students were given straws, clothes pins, and pipe cleaners, too. No other directions were given. Students had to work in groups and use their imagination and creative know-how to make their bridges. It is quite impressive to see the designs they came up with! I think there are a few budding architects in the 3rd grade!!
