After School Activities Program (ASAP)

Daily ASAP Supervisor: 814-238-1592 ext. 6 (2:30-5:30PM)

The After School Activities Program is an afterschool child care program for OLVCS students in grades K to 8.  On days that school is in session, OLVCS students may attend ASAP from the end of school (2:30PM) until 5:30 PM.

Activities will include supervised play, snacks, homework time, educational games, and ASAP activity clubs. Children may bring their own snacks or purchase snacks. Children are supervised by OLVCS teachers and other qualified ASAP staff.

ASAP is canceled on early dismissal days and on days the school is dismissed early. 

Questions regarding ASAP should be directed to the Director of ASAP. 

To register your child(ren) for ASAP, complete and submit the ASAP Contract. 

Please submit a hard copy to the OLVCS main office or email a scanned signed copy to the ASAP Director at waltzl@olvcs.org by Monday, August 28, 2023 for students who will be attending ASAP during the first week of school.

Parents may register their child for ASAP at any time during the school year, but the ASAP Contract must be submitted to the school office before the child will be allowed to participate.

See fee chart above for fee schedule. Parents/guardians are billed monthly for the care received. Bills are sent through the FACTS system.
